In 2016, Jackie Fedro made a decision many parents eventually face.

Her daughter Gabbie was 13 years old, busy with practices and activities, and often away from home.

“One of the reasons we finally caved and got her a phone was so we could stay connected with her better, since her practice schedule is so hectic,” Jackie later explained.
