Blackcurrant
Fresh or dried (out of season), it is recommended to eat 2 tablespoons morning and evening. “This allows for a marked improvement in blood circulation. Blackcurrant reduces the permeability of small blood vessels and tones the veins,” explains Henry Puget, author of The Encyclopedia of Grandmother’s Remedies.

The pineapple
It contains bromelain, an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties, which thins the blood and reduces the risk of clots, phlebitis, thrombosis and stroke.

Kiwi
The vitamins E and C present in kiwi promote blood circulation, preventing the formation of clots.
