Classic One-Pot Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

12 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Prep Setup

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Have a cutting board and knife ready for the chicken.

Ensure the garlic is minced before starting.

Measure out the chicken broth and heavy cream.

Grate the Parmesan cheese and set aside.

Chop the fresh parsley for garnishing later.
