This simple herbal tea combines bay leaves and cloves to create a warm, aromatic drink traditionally used for relaxation, digestion, and overall wellness. It is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Ingredients: 3–4 dried bay leaves, 5–7 whole cloves, 2 cups of water, Honey or lemon (optional, for taste).
Add the water to a small pot and place it on medium heat. Put the bay leaves and cloves into the water. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired. Serve warm and enjoy.
