GREENSBORO, North Carolina (WGHP) — Authorities are investigating a dramatic crash that left part of a home destroyed after a dump truck slammed into it early Friday morning in Greensboro.
According to Greensboro Police, the incident happened around 9 a.m. on Vandalia Road when the driver of a dump truck veered off course and crashed directly into the side of a residential house. The force of the impact caused extensive structural damage, leaving a significant portion of the home torn apart.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene shortly after the crash. Two individuals were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Officials have not yet released details بشأن the severity of their injuries, but both were transported as a precaution following the incident.
