Part II – A Home for Three

Rebecca was the first to climb down, eager to explore her new surroundings. Her feet touched the ground, and she felt the promise of stability beneath her—something she hadn’t known for some time.

Martha followed, with Harrison by her side for support. Together, they walked toward the house, each step bringing them closer to a new beginning. The air was filled with the scent of fresh earth and possibility.

Inside, the house was simple but welcoming. Sunlight filtered through the windows, casting warm patches on the wooden floor. As they explored each room, a sense of belonging began to take root in their hearts.

Rebecca paused by the kitchen window, looking out at the vast expanse of land that was now theirs. It was a canvas, waiting for them to paint their lives upon it.

Harrison placed a reassuring hand on Martha’s shoulder. “We can make this work,” he said softly, and she nodded, hope flickering in her eyes.

The day slipped by, and as the sun began to set, the family gathered on the porch, watching the sky transform into a blaze of colors. It was a promise of a new day—a new chapter in their lives.
