Pen not writing? Free trick to fix it!

Method 1 is to use heat. Carefully heat the tip of the pen with a lighter or match for a few seconds. Be cautious not to overheat; keep the flame moving to avoid damaging the plastic. Then, try writing again. The heat should improve the fluidity of the ink.

Method 2 involves using friction. Wrap a rubber band around the body of the pen and quickly rotate it in circles for a few seconds. This action creates friction, which can unlock dried ink and allow it to flow smoothly.

Method 3 is soaking the pen in hot water. Fill a bowl with hot water, ideally between 40-50°C, and soak the tip of the pen for about 5 minutes. After soaking, remove the pen, dry it with a napkin, and give it a try. This process softens any dried ink, hopefully restoring the pen’s function.
