The best natural fertilizer for plants is in your refrigerator.

Once the water is ready, add 5 teaspoons of plain Greek yogurt, taken from the refrigerator and brought to room temperature.

Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous liquid. For smaller quantities, remember this simple rule: one teaspoon of yogurt per liter of water.

How and When to Use It

Use this preparation to water the soil directly, avoiding over-wetting the leaves. Start sparingly, for example, once every two weeks, to observe how your plants react.

If all goes well, you can switch to weekly applications and then reduce the frequency. The goal is not to over-fertilize, but to gently stimulate growth. Too much enthusiasm could unbalance the soil: moderation remains your best ally.
