A Rare and Noticed Flight Path
Flight-tracking data shows the aircraft departed Omaha, Nebraska on Tuesday, January 6.
It then landed at Camp Springs, just outside Washington DC.
Days later, a livestream from the YouTube channel Airline Videos captured the same aircraft touching down at Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday, January 8.
The Pentagon has not publicly explained the reason for the flights.
While the E-4B does conduct routine training and readiness missions throughout the year, the timing has raised eyebrows.
Especially given what else is happening around the world.
