They discovered that the World War II veteran had never attended his senior prom because military duty had taken priority.
The students were moved.
Many couldn’t imagine sacrificing such an important milestone at such a young age.
The more they learned about Ray, the more they felt compelled to do something special.
What started as a simple idea soon became a mission.
