Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Setup
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Gather all ingredients and place them near the cooking area.
Have a wooden spoon and tongs ready for cooking.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
Measure out the chicken broth and heavy cream.
