This simple herbal tea combines bay leaves and cloves to create a warm, aromatic drink traditionally used for relaxation, digestion, and overall wellness. It is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Ingredients include 3–4 dried bay leaves, 5–7 whole cloves, and 2 cups of water. Honey or lemon can be added for taste.

To make the tea, add the water to a small pot and place it on medium heat. Put the bay leaves and cloves into the water and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired. Serve warm and enjoy.

Traditionally, this tea has been used to help support digestion and promote relaxation. It’s rich in natural antioxidants, providing a warming and soothing sensation for the body. But this is just the beginning.
